The Scrambler Gets a Playmate

Just as we were getting into the home stretch of our first complete Scrambler restoration we ran into a few hiccups.  While we'd done a bunch of CJs there were some CJ8 specific pieces, brackets, parts, and fitments issues that were really slowing us down.

Luckily our customer and good friend John just so happened to have a Scrambler of his own that needed some work done!

Having a second scrambler in the shop at the same time was invaluable and helped us get across the finish line.  

While it was here we went through and replaced most of the brake system, the steering box, refreshed the suspension, swapped in a new clutch and custom fabricated some brackets to mount the late model bumpers the customer had.  

We'll have John's Scrambler back soon for more goodies and will get more pictures and updates as time goes by!
